The changes i have experienced through SI;

Physically:

i cant thank you enough for the unbelievable changes I have gone through, going from being in an uncomfortable unbalanced body that hurt so much, needing to have a massage every week just to be able to have a relatively bearable level of pain, to being balanced, comfortable in my own body, pain free, full of extra energy, lighter, far more efficient on all levels. 

I've grown a couple of inches taller too!

Mentally it has done absolute wonders for my confidence, i'm more assertive with new found self worth & confidence both mentally & physically. My thoughts are now of a clearer & calmer mind, able to think of one thing at a time with far more ease, with no niggling pain to distract me.

The weight of emotional baggage has also been lifted!

The series of Structural Integration has really helped me to deal with emotional issues I had been trying to clear out for years. I was able to deal with each issue one at a time as the sessions progressed.  And was amazed at how emotions from passed traumas would come up with ease, work through a release and then followed be a wonderful lighter feeling of freedom & true forgiveness.

Spiritual:

Its also been an exciting, fun and very interesting spiritual journey.  I feel as if i’ve been through a spiritual attunement, aligning all aspects of my spirit with my new comfortable physical body.  I am grounded for the first time in this life time and is a huge personal achievement! I have a feeling of serenity and happiness from within, closer connection to my guides and my inner self have been enhanced.
